Find your PayPal Billing ID through PayPal:
  1. Go to Settings > Automatic Payments.
  2. Locate and select Age of Learning, Inc. in the Automatic Payments list.
  3. Locate the Billing ID (B-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

Once you've logged in, you can update the email address
from your Account page if needed.

Reset My Password

Please enter the email address you used to create your account, then click Send. An email will then be sent to that address with a link allowing you to change your password.

Note: If you do not see our email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder as some emails may be incorrectly filtered.

Please add ABCmouse@members.ABCmouse.com to your email program’s safe sender or approved sender white list. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case the reset email is rerouted by your email provider.
